While Kamrock has access to these carrier-specific sales engineers, we thought it would make more sense for our clients if we had our own non-biased engineer on staff that could recommend the very best solution for the client. Someone with a clear understanding of all the carriers offerings, including pros and cons. With that in mind, we added a full time engineer on staff to assist our prospective clients in making the right choice.

In some instances where clients have unusually large numbers of handsets, the pricing gets to be cost prohibitive for a hosted solution. In a case like this we broker several different brands of IP Telephone systems including Avaya, Mitel, NEC and more.
